- 1 c. Karo syrup
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 4 oz. (1 stick) melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. pecan pieces
- 3/4 c. pecan halves
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Mix together syrup and sugar.

2Add melted butter, then mix in eggs and vanilla.

3Let stand a short time.

4Place pecan pieces in bottom of unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

5Pour filling over the nuts and cover with the pecan halves.

6Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 325°.

7Makes 1 pie.
