  • 1 34 cups flour
  • 14 cup cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14-12 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 14 cups milk
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Grease 9x3x5 inch loaf pan.

    Sift or blend together the cake flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

    beat together egg, milk and oil.

    Blend liquids into dry ingredients and beat for about half a minute (batter may be lumpy).

    Stir in nuts.

    Turn into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 min or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
