- 14 cup cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14-12 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 14 cups milk
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Grease 9x3x5 inch loaf pan.

3Sift or blend together the cake flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

4beat together egg, milk and oil.

5Blend liquids into dry ingredients and beat for about half a minute (batter may be lumpy).

7Turn into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 min or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
