- 1 small cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- dash of salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, margarine, flour and salt.

2Chill several hours.

3Shape into balls and press into mini cupcake pan, like a pie crust.

4Take beaten egg, melted margarine, brown sugar and nuts, mixing together.

5Fill crusts with 1 teaspoon each of filling.

6Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Cool for 10 minutes before taking out of pan.

8Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
