Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1 Tbsp. ice water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 to 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Sift together the salt, powdered sugar and flour.

    With a fork, mix margarine and dry ingredients with the ice water and vanilla.

    Add the pecans.

    Roll into desired shape and bake about 30 minutes at 375° or until lightly browned.
  5. 5
    When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
