  • 5 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 cake yeast
  • 3/4 c. warm water (put yeast in warm water)
  • 1 lb. walnuts, ground until fine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Blend eggs, margarine and sugar.

    Add flour and salt.

    Add dissolved yeast.

    Roll out on sugar.

    Cut in triangles.

    Put nut mixture (walnuts, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla) in center and roll.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
