- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. black walnut flavoring
- 3 to 4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream the butter and Crisco. Add sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour alternately with milk, then flavorings.

3Toss nuts in small amount of flour and add last.

4Bake in tube pan about 1 1/2 hours at 275°.
