Nutella Truffles

  • 1 cup Oat Flour (ground Oats In Food Processor)
  • 1/3 cups Nutella (I Used Homemade)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Covered Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar

Directions

    In a bowl, add oat flour, Nutella, salt, vanilla extract, maple syrup and sunflower seeds. Mix until combined. If mixture seems dry, add a pinch more maple syrup.

    On a shallow plate, add cocoa powder and powdered sugar; mix until combined.

    To form the truffles, take about 1 tablespoon of Nutella oat mixture and form into a ball with your hand. Squeeze it tight. Then roll into cocoa powder mixture. Store in the refrigerator.
