  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder or 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 14 cup raw almonds or 14 cup pecans or 14 cup sunflower seeds or 14 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 ripe organic banana
  • 1 pinch nutmeg or 1 pinch cinnamon
