- 1 egg
- 2-3/4 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 1/3 cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Directions

1Whisk egg and milk in medium saucepan until blended.

2Stir in sugar and tapioca; let stand 5 min.

3Bring to full boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

4Remove from heat.

5Add maple syrup, nuts and vanilla; stir until mixture is well blended.

6Cool 20 min.
