  • 2 cups Oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sagek, dried
  • 2 teaspoon Basil, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon Corriander, dried

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Add oats, remove from heat.

    Cover and let cool to room temperature.

    Form into patties and bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes on each side.
