- 1/4 c. diet margarine
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. quick oats, uncooked
- 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Place margarine in a 2-quart glass measure.

2Microwave on High (100% power) for 45 seconds or until margarine is melted.

3Stir in sugar, blend in egg and vanilla.

4Add flour, cinnamon and baking powder; blend.

5Stir in oats, then apple and raisins.

6Pour mixture into a lightly sprayed 8 x 8-inch glass dish; level with spatula. Rotate midway through cooking.

7Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until top is set but slightly moist.

8Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

9May be eaten warm or at room temperature.

10Makes 16 bars.
