  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, beat with fork

Directions

    Pour boiling water over oats and oleo; let stand 20 minutes. Add sugar, self-rising flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and eggs.

    Mix well and bake in greased and floured sheet pan about 35 minutes at 350°.
