- 3 c. quick oats
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 c. unbleached flour
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Stir sugar, salt, 1 1/2 cups of water and oil together.

2Add oats and flour with more water if necessary to make a moist dough. Roll very thin on Pammed cookie sheets.

3Cut into squares and prick with a fork.

4Bake until light brown in a 300° oven.

5Watch carefully as crackers around the edges will brown first.

6Remove these as they brown.
