Ingredients
- 4 ounces, weight Fresh Sea Bass, Cut Into Bite Size Pieces
- 2 whole Fresh Limes, All The Juice And Half The Zest
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1- 1/4 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Diced English Cucumber
- 1/2 cups Diced Red Onion
- Sea Salt And Black Pepper To Taste

1Note: Preparation time does not include 1 hour refrigeration time.

2In a bowl (I use a clear glass bowl), add sea bass pieces, lime juice and zest.

3Gently stir.

4Add olive oil and red wine vinegar, and again gently stir.

5Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.

6Remove from refrigerator.

7Add diced cucumber, diced red onion, and salt and pepper to taste.

8Gently stir.

9Serve in your favorite fluted glasses or stemware.

10We love this with homemade lime tortilla chips.
