  • small okra
  • 1 tsp. dill seed or 1 head fresh dill
  • dash of salt
  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic (whole, chopped or minced)
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pod hot pepper

Directions

    Pack okra in hot jars.

    Add dill, salt, garlic and hot pepper. Heat vinegar and water to boiling.

    Pour over okra; seal. Process

    15 minutes in boiling water bath.

    Makes 1 pint.
