- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Melt butter; whisk in flour.

2Cook over medium heat until it bubbles.

3Stir in mustard, sugar and milk.

4Cook over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat. Add vinegar; whisk until smooth.

6Pour into glass jar and refrigerate.

7Good on any kind of sandwich.

8Yields 3/4 cup.
