  • 2 c. corn meal mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimento
  • 1 c. sweet corn, well drained

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour boiling water in mixture to blend.

    Mixture should be thick and almost dry consistency. Drop or pat out into patties and fry in canola oil for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Please serve to humans; let the dog eat dog food!
