  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (Mexican or plain)
  • chopped lettuce and tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • tortilla chips

    Melt cheese and milk until thin.

    Cover platter with chips. Sprinkle with layer of lettuce and tomato.
