- 1 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- pinch of salt
- 5 c. flour
- 2 1/2 c. black olives, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tsp. dried mint, crumbled
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine orange juice, oil, salt and flour; knead well until smooth and satiny.

3In a separate bowl, combine olives, onions and mint.

4Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness.

5You may roll individual 5-inch circles or roll out larger portion and use round cookie cutter.

6Place 1 teaspoon olive filling along edge and roll dough.

7Pinch center to close and form into crescent shape.

8Place on cookie sheet and bake approximately 30 minutes or until light golden.

9Makes approximately 80 pieces.
