- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 chicken thighs, skinned
- 10 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Brown chicken in moderately hot oil.

2Add garlic and pepper; cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Drain off excess fat.

4In a small bowl, mix together the vinegar, soy sauce, honey and ginger; add to the chicken.

5Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and fully cooked.
