- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 14 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
- 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 12 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions

1Mash sardines and combine with rest of ingredients.

2Serve on non-fat crackers or toasted bagels, or stuffed in celery sticks.

3Or serve on bread as a sandwich, with lettuce and tomato.

4For a sweeter spread, add 2 tbsps.
