- 1 tablespoon water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Crumbled bacon
- Chopped tomato
- Chopped green pepper
- Sliced scallion
- Chopped onion
- Cheddar cheese
- Feta cheese
- Mushrooms
Directions

1Melt butter over medium high heat in an eight inch non-stick skillet.

2Add vegetables which may need to be cooked, for example, onions, peppers or mushrooms.

3Cook vegetables for 2 minutes.

4In a small bowl, beat eggs with water and season with salt and pepper.

5Pour into pan and stir.

6Allow eggs to cook for 1 minute and then top with cheese or other toppings.

7When only a small amount of egg liquid remains, carefully fold omelet in half.

8Slide onto plate and serve warm.
