- 1 cup water
- 1 cup raw wild rice
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces frozen vegetables, italian blend thawed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Coat a 2 quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
