- 1 yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. warm milk
- 1 small egg
- 1 3/4 c. flour
Directions

1Measure into mixing bowl sugar, salt and egg.

2Warm milk to lukewarm.

3Add milk and yeast to mixture in bowl.

4Beat with egg, beaten until yeast is dissolved.

5Add sifted flour and mix until easy to handle.

6Grease top of dough and side of bowl.

7Cover. Let rise 1/2 hour.

8Make into rolls.

9Let rise 15 minutes.

10Bake in 425° oven for 15 minutes.

11Makes 1 dozen.
