- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 chicken breasts, skinned
- 4 small new red potatoes
- 1 lb. whole fresh green beans, stemmed
- 1 large carrot, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped (stem and all)
- 6 large leaves cabbage
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Best O' Butter McCormick or 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Pour water in roasting pan with rack.

2Place chicken in center of rack.

3Place the first 4 vegetables around chicken.

4Sprinkle with salt, pepper and butter or dot with margarine (saving enough to top cabbage).

5Place cabbage leaves over the top of meat and vegetables.

6Sprinkle with butter or dot with remaining margarine. Put lid on pan; cook on medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
