- 4 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 eggs
- 10 34 ounces condensed cream of onion soup
- 2 78 ounces French-fried onions, crushed with 2 tablespoons reserved

1Heat oven to 350.

2Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole.

3Mix all ingredients except reserved onions; beat vigorously 30 seconds.

4Spread into casserole.

5Sprinkle with reserved onions; press lightly into dough.

6Bake 60-65 minutes or until deep golden brown.

7Loosen edge from side of casserole; remove from casserole.

8Cool on wire rack about 20 minutes before slicing.
