- 1 3/4 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
- water
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In 3-quart saucepan, place potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.

2Cook over high heat until water comes to a full boil (4 to 6 minutes).

3Reduce heat to medium.

4Continue cooking until potatoes are fork-tender (8 to 12 minutes).

5Drain potatoes, then return to pan (can quarter potatoes, if desired).

6In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients.

7Pour over potatoes.

8Cook over medium heat, gently stirring, until thoroughly heated, 3 to 5 minutes.
