- 6 rib pork chops, cut 1/2-inch thick
- 1 large onion, peeled and cut in 6 slices
- 1 envelope instant beef broth or 1 beef flavor bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Brown chops in a large frying pan or an electric skillet.

2Top each with a slice of onion.

3Dissolve beef broth or bouillon cube in hot water in a 1-cup measure; pour over chops.

4Cover; simmer for 40 minutes, or until chops are tender.

5Remove with onions and keep hot.

6Sprinkle onions with paprika, if you wish.

7Stir evaporated milk into drippings in pan.

8Heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly hot.

9Serve in separate bowl to spoon over chops.
