Onion Ring Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 large can Durkee French fried onion rings
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Wash chicken and pat dry. Pound chicken to tenderize.

    Put onion rings in bowl and crush. Add Parmesan cheese and salt.

    In a separate bowl, put beaten egg and milk. Dip chicken pieces in egg, then in onion ring mixture.

    Place chicken in baking dish. Pour melted margarine over all pieces and top with any remaining onion ring mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
