  • 1 large sliced Spanish onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 12 oz. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed or seed
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 1/3 c. shredded yellow cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper to taste

    Melt butter in skillet.
