- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 6 large onions, sliced
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt oleo.

2Add onion rings and cook until soft and golden brown.

3Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.

4Add to onions.

5Cook over moderate flame 10 minutes.

6Pour into bowls and sprinkle 1 tablespoon cheese over each.

7Serves 4 at 115 calories per bowl.
