  • 1 c. chopped onion, saute until tender
  • 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Combine bacon, onion, Swiss cheese, sour cream, eggs and Tabasco sauce.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from center.
