  • 1 loaf of foccacia bread
  • 4 oz Jalapeno cheese
  • 4T Garlic aioli
  • 6T Compound butter
  • Marinade
  • 2 Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2T Minced garlic
  • 1T Grainy mustard
  • 3T Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Onion (minced)
  • 2T Lemon juice
  • 1t black pepper
  • Salad
  • 8 oz Spring mix
  • 2T Lemon juice
  • 5T Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Red onion 4T Cilantro leaves
  • Kosher salt Black pepper
