  • 4-1/2 cups canned whole rosebud beets, drained, quartered
  • 3 cups red onions, thinly sliced
  • 2-1/4 cups navel oranges, segmented Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
  • 2-1/4 cups walnut pieces, toasted
  • 1 cup Kraft Raspberry Vinaigrette

    For each serving: Toss 1 cup (250 mL) spinach with about 3 Tbsp.

    (30 mL) onions and about 1-1/2 Tbsp.

    Drizzle with about 1-3/4 tsp.
