  • 12 ounces dark chocolate
  • 14 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 12 cup whole wheat flour
  • 34 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 12 cup orange juice
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 5 ounces dark chocolate
  • 34 cup fat-free half-and-half

Directions

    Base: In a double boiler melt the 12 ounces of dark chocolate with the butter.

    Set aside, don't leave on after melting occurs.

    In a separate bowl mix 1 package of cream cheese, 1 1/2 sugar, 1/4 brown sugar, 2 egg whites, 2 eggs until all incorporated.

    Add vanilla.

    Mix flours, baking powder, and salt together and sift into the wet mixture.

    Take chocolate butter and pour in slowly until smooth.

    Spray a 9x12 pan and input base brownie mix.

    Orange Layer: Mix 4 ounces of cream cheese with orange juice and sugar.

    Add the 2 egg white and one egg.

    Spread over base layer in pan.

    Chocolate Topper: Melt the 5 ounces of dark chocolate in a double boiler with the half and half.
