  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • orange zest
  • 2 egg separated
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • walnuts
  • dark chocolate chopped
  • 2 slices orange

Directions

    Hydrate the gelatin in the water for 10 minutes.

    In a saucepan, heat the orange juice, milk, orange zest, and hydrated gelatin until the gelatin dissolves.

    Beat the egg yolks and sugar. Add to the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until it starts to harden.

    Beat the egg whites to soft peaks, whip the cream and carefully fold both into the gelatin.

    Pour the mixture into dessert cups or glasses. Garnish with walnuts, chocolate, and orange slices and serve.
