- 2 oranges
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) container vanilla pudding
- 1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
- 1 frozen loaf pound cake (10 3/4 oz.)
Directions

1Finely shred enough orange peel to make 1 tablespoon.

2Set aside.

3Remove and discard the remaining peel.

4Section oranges. Set aside.

5In a small mixing bowl, stir together vanilla pudding and orange liqueur.

6Cut the pound cake into 12 slices.

7Place 2 slices on each of 6 individual dessert plates.

8Top each serving with some orange sections and pudding-liqueur mixture.

9Sprinkle with reserved orange peel.
