  • 12 medium oranges
  • 4 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp. orange extract
  • 1/3 c. orange juice

Directions

    Cut a thin slice off the top of each orange. With a grapefruit knife, cut around inside of orange. Scoop out the orange pulp. Invert oranges onto paper towels to drain. Remove and discard membranes from orange pulp; set pulp aside.
