  • 2 (3 1/2 lb.) chickens, cut up
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1/3 lb. orange preserves
  • 1/3 jar Russian dressing
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup

Directions

    Season chicken well with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Mix together orange preserves, Russian dressing and package of dry onion soup.

    Cook mixture for 5 minutes.

    Pour mixture over the chicken and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until golden brown. (Uncover chicken for last 20 minutes.)

    Serves 6 to 8.
