  • 4 or 5 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans green chili salsa
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. grated Jack cheese or yellow cheese or combination of both
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth (from cooking breast)
  • 1 doz. tortillas (flour or corn)

    Boil chicken.

    (Put in a slow cooker in the evening.) Bone the chicken and save the broth.
