- 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 orange
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place breast into a roasting pan. Place the orange into the middle of the roasting pan among the breasts.

3Mix together the orange juice, salt, pepper and ginger. Pour over the chicken.

4Roast for 30 minutes.

5Remove from oven and turn over.

6Smear chicken breasts with honey.

7Baste with pan juices.

8Cook for 20 minutes more or until done.
