  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup Wesson vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
  • 1/2 stick butter

    Beat all cake ingredients together for 3 minutes.

    Pour into prepared Tube pan.

    Bake @ 325F for 25-30 minutes.

    Blend all icing ingredients together and pour over HOT cake!
