- 2 (1/4 ounce) envelopes knox unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup water, divided
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons vanilla (clear if you have it)
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Directions

1Lightly grease 9x13 pan.

2large bowl mix geletin and juice.

4in med saucepan combine water, vanilla and sugar.

5stir over med heat for 5 min, or until thickened.

6pour sugar mixture into bowl with juice and geletin.

7whip on high speed for about 10 minutes, or untill fluffy and creamy.

8pour into prepared pan.

9let stand for about 1 hr or until firm.

10dust with powdered sugar and cut to serve.

11store in ziplock bag.
