Orange Curried Chicken

  • 2 chicken breast, halved
  • 1/4 c. frozen orange juice, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • paprika (optional)

Directions

    Remove skin and all visible fat from chicken breasts.

    Place in baking dish.

    Combine orange juice, lemon juice, curry and salt. Pour over chicken and cover.

    Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired, and serve with brown rice.
