  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. or 1 large box orange, peach or apricot Jell-O
  • 1 tall can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 9 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Heat pineapple and Jell-O enough to dissolve Jell-O.

    Cool. Mix Cool Whip and buttermilk and combine with gelatin mix; pour into lightly greased serving dish (9 x 13-inch dish).

    Can add 1/2 cup chopped ???, if desired.

    Chill until firm.
