Orange-Ginger Ham Steak

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs ham steaks, 1-inch thick
- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 canned pineapple slices
Directions

1Cut ham steak into four pieces. Lightly brown in large frying pan in 1 T butter, then remove and brown pineapple slices. Place on top of ham slices.

2Combine concentrate, wine, dry mustard and ginger.

3Return ham to skillet, cover with pineapple slices and pour sauce over ham.

4Cover and simmer about 15-20 minutes until heated through.

5Serve with asparagus or green beans and baked potatoes.
