  • 300 ml Orange juice (100%)
  • 8 grams Gelatin
  • 30 grams Sugar

    The ingredients are only orange juice (100%), sugar, and gelatin.

    The first thing you need to do is soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water, and mix well.

    Put sugar and orange juice in a small pot, turn on the heat, and dissolve the sugar.

    Turn off the heat right before it starts to boil.

    Add the gelatin into the mixture from step 2, and use residual heat to dissolve.

    Once it has cooled, pour the mixture into pudding molds.

    Removing the bubbles from the top makes for a better result.

    Chill in the fridge to harden, then serve.

    It will set in about 3 hours!

    Bonus tip: If you substitute orange juice with grape juice (100%), you can make grape jello.

    I made coffee jelly with unsweetened canned coffee.

    I topped with heavy cream whipped for five minutes.

    Use the same ingredients, and add about 1 heaping tablespoon of canned tangerines (excluding syrup) into each mold in Step 5.
