- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) packages orange gelatin
- 5 cups peeled fresh peaches, diced or 5 cups frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed, drained and diced
- 1 graham cracker crust (8 inches)
- 1 cup whipped topping
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine the cornstarch, salt and water until smooth.

2Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

3Stir in sugar and gelatin.

4Cool.

5Fold in peaches.

6Pour into the crust.

7Refrigerate for 2 hours or until serving.
