  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 14 cups pecans
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

    In a medium bowl slightly beat eggs with a fork.

    Add sugar, corn syrup, butter, orange extract and vanilla; stir until blended.

    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
