- 4-1/2 ounces, weight Butter
- 7 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Sugar (or 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence)
- 1 cup Flour
- 6 ounces, weight Oreo Cookies
Directions

1Melt about half of the butter with the chocolate, set it aside to cool down a little.

2Whip together the rest of the butter and sugar until it's soft and white.

3Add the eggs, one at a time, and whip thoroughly between each egg.

4Stir in the melted butter and chocolate and vanilla essence (if you use vanilla sugar, blend it with the flour).

5Mix in the flour and stir until everything is well mixed.

6Chop up the Oreo biscuits and blend it in ( I like to chop them very fine).

7Use an 8 x 12 inch pan with baking paper. Bake at 338F in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
