  • 4-1/2 ounces, weight Butter
  • 7 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Sugar (or 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 6 ounces, weight Oreo Cookies

Directions

    Melt about half of the butter with the chocolate, set it aside to cool down a little.

    Whip together the rest of the butter and sugar until it's soft and white.

    Add the eggs, one at a time, and whip thoroughly between each egg.

    Stir in the melted butter and chocolate and vanilla essence (if you use vanilla sugar, blend it with the flour).

    Mix in the flour and stir until everything is well mixed.

    Chop up the Oreo biscuits and blend it in ( I like to chop them very fine).

    Use an 8 x 12 inch pan with baking paper. Bake at 338F in the middle of the oven for 40 minutes.
